Jillian has been practicing as a physiotherapist for 15 years both in the public and private sectors in both in-patient and out-patient settings. She brings with her a background in Pilates exercise which focuses on core strength and joint stability with flexibility. She has seen incredible success in patient outcomes using this exercise method. Jillian also has experience in Hand Therapy having worked in the out-patient department at St Boniface Hospital. She had the pleasure of working in several different Plastic Surgery Hand Clinics gaining valuable experience and fostering professional relationships with the plastic surgeons. 



Her treatment style focuses heavily on therapeutic exercise as well as manual therapy, myofascial release, and electrical modalities when indicated.


Jillian is passionate about health and fitness. She is active with her family and in the community promoting the benefits of a healthy life style.
